Junior Veterinary Nurse for Cats Dogs and Exotics

We are one of Hong Kongs leading hospitals in exotic companion animal care with a board certified avian and exotic companion mammal Specialist and a board-certified reptile and amphibian specialist. We also have two veterinarians certified in veterinary acupuncture. The clinic is conveniently located in HK Island, near the Tin Hau and Fortress Hill MTR stations. We are looking for nurses who are looking to improve their technical and communication skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment, as we expand our multi-species care team. 

Zodiac Exotic & Pet Hospital has completed extensive renovations to expand our services to include 24hr in patient care. We provide premier veterinary services to our patients and clients including temperature-controlled wards for a variety of species, a temperature-controlled pharmacy, well-equipped in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy and CT scan.

All of our veterinary nurses and assistants have completed or are currently enrolled in AIRC training. We offer mentorship and incremental salary increases upon completion of AIRC training courses, and are willing to support nurses in pursuing specialization as well. We provide multiple continuing education opportunities, including Fear Free Certification.

Requirements

• Fluency in Cantonese is required

• Fluency in English is preferred but not required

• Some experience in veterinary nursing required

• Not afraid of handling both dogs and cats. Training will be provided.

• Interests in learning exotics species preferred
