Contract Systems Analyst
A post is created for management and monitoring of the System Analysis & Design (SA&D), implementation, system integration, maintenance and support of a new information system including:
- Support the Project Steering Committee (PSC) and Project Assurance Team (PAT) in overseeing the development and delivery of a new information system
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the project timelines and objectives
- Provide overall contractor management and coordination
- Prepare the requirement specifications for the procurement of related hardware, software and services, etc.
- Assist users to identify the user requirements for system development
- Coordinate the setup and maintenance of the information system in Government Cloud and assist the contractors to perform necessary tests
- Facilitate user acceptance test (UAT), data conversion and verification activities
- Provide technical advice, resolve any possible conflict and follow up technical problems
- Review and conduct quality assurance on system deliverables and documentation
- Ensure the system adheres to Government policies, standards and security requirements
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor
