Manager / Deputy Manager - International Tax (MDM/GTAX/CFIN/202506)

Responsibilities: 

Being assigned with regions according to your expertise and area of interest, you are required to take care of tax issues of your assigned regions, and report to the Head of Tax or Senior Tax Manager on the following:

• Provide ad-hoc tax advisory support to local team

• Provide guidance and support for local tax audit and enquiry

• Manage local corporate tax compliance

• Review local tax payment

• Review monthly internal tax reporting for global entities

• Review Local File and Country-by-Country Report

• Provide support for Pillar Twos calculation and compliance

• Review tax budget/tax forecast and interim tax/year-end tax

• Execute Group or regional tax planning initiative and prepare internal robust documentation

Requirements: 

• Good command of written English

• 6-12 years of corporate tax experience gained from CPA firm and/or in-house tax function. Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for the position of Tax Manager. Personal tax experience will not be counted. In-house experience is a plus

• Meticulous at work, committed to pursuing truth and accuracy

• CPA qualification or equivalent

• University degree in accounting, taxation or business-related discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
