IT Project Coordinator (Financial Services)

Our client is a prominent player in the financial services sector, recognized for driving innovation within the FinTech space. They are currently looking for a meticulous and proactive Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in the delivery and continuous enhancement of their FinTech platform. This role is critical in upholding strong governance, streamlining operations, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive FinTech solutions that support strategic goals and meet regulatory standards.
• Convert business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation to enable effective solution development.
• Produce regular performance dashboards and management reports to support internal decision-making and platform oversight.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures and user manuals to ensure consistent and compliant system operations.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to address technical challenges and optimize platform performance.
• Contribute to solution enhancement cycles by aligning technical updates with evolving business demands and compliance needs.
• Create visual documentation such as process maps, wireframes, and integration flowcharts to facilitate clear communication and implementation.
• Support issue resolution through cross-team collaboration, addressing both business process gaps and system-level concerns.
• Track and report on platform stability, proactively coordinating remediation efforts with IT and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical BA role, preferably within FinTech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk management, security protocols, and audit processes.
• Experience in platform operations, including reporting, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project documentation, and business process mapping.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in financial services is a plus.
