Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the daily operational management of the catering business, including service standard execution, food quality monitoring, personnel scheduling, and store environment maintenance, ensuring compliance with brand positioning and customer expectations

2. Develop regional operation strategies and sales targets, optimize menu combinations and promotion plans based on the characteristics of multiple brands (e.g., home-cooked style of Marsino, Thai flavor of Grand Avenue Thai Café)

3. Lead team management, including recruitment and training, performance evaluation, and implementation of incentive systems, to enhance employees professional abilities and service awareness

4. Monitor operating costs (food ingredients, labor, energy consumption, etc.), achieve cost control through process optimization, and ensure gross profit margin meets standards

5. Analyze store operation data (customer flow, average customer price, repurchase rate, etc.), identify operational issues and propose improvement plans to enhance single-store profitability

6. Maintain customer relationships, handle complaints and emergencies, collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional activities, and enhance brand awareness and reputation

7. Ensure compliance of store operations, strictly implement food safety regulations and hygiene standards in Hong Kong catering industry
