Interior Designer

Responsibilities : Responsible for coordinating the works and communicating with all personnel involved in the development projects, including addition & alteration works, fitting-out works, new projects Assist Project Manager in project planning, scheduling and tendering Carrying out inspections of construction works, including required tests and ensure workmanship and quality control up to required standard Monitoring site works in progress and construction site safety, ensuring timely delivery and comply with relevant Statutory Requirements and Codes of Practice To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager Requirements : Degree/Higher Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines Minimum 2 years experience in design and project coordination Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office Keen on design, self-motivated, independent and responsible Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Benefits : 5.5-day work week Performance bonus Bank holidays Birthday leave Group medical plan 5 minutes walk from MTR station Interested parties please send your full resume with available date, present and expected salary to Human Resources Department via “Quick apply”.
