Financial Controller
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our Club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial controlling and reporting, with specific expertise in budgeting and forecasting. This pivotal role will involve managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Job Description
Lead the Finance Team: Oversee all financial matter within the Club, managing day-to-day operations, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and financial reporting.
Strategic Financial Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the Clubs long-term vision and objectives, driving sustainable growth and financial health.
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present detailed management reports to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and actionable insights.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control policies, effectively mitigating legal and financial risks.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in finance, accounting or related discipline.
CPA, CFA or other equivalent qualification is required.
Minimum of 15 years of financial and management experience within the club or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations and reporting standards.
Proven experience in strategic planning and financial management.
Exceptional financial acumen, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
Strong leadership and team management skills.
