Job Overview Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis for Business Unit performance linking to strategy & objective
- Partner with Business Unit Budget holders/Controllers for business cost evaluation and development of appropriate financial models
- Participate in and coordinate with Business Units on annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, as well as expenditure review
- Prepare management business review package and analyse by key performance indicators to measure business performance
- Participate in any other ad-hoc assignments
- Degree or above in Business, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent
- CPA or CFA professional qualification
- At least 5 years experience in management reporting or as a business unit controller/analyst
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel modelling, VBA and Macro is a must
- Experience in SAP FICO, BPC and EPM is an advantage
- Experience in data analytic tools such as PowerBI, Tableau etc. would be an advantage
- Knowledge in setting up and organizing the database
- Strong analysis and communication skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to multi-task
