Design Supervisor (Multimedia)

Responsibilities:

  • Design creative visual and multimedia solutions for marketing campaigns
  • Produce and execute creative multimedia content in various formats, including graphics, motion graphics and videos on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, website, etc.
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop innovative storytelling concepts
  • Responsible for multimedia and video production
  • Capable to handle video shooting, editing and after effect
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and design
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all visual content

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Creative Media, Multimedia Design, Advertising or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia, video production and graphic design, particularly for social media platforms
  • Proven supervisory experience in creative or design leadership role, able to demonstrate strong people management skills
  • Strong conceptual thinking in both visual and interactive visual; good sense of photography
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and other relevant design tools
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
