Discovery Day:

Were hosting a Discovery Day event at the end of April, where youll have the chance to:

• Meet and network with our team of industry experts and leaders
• Learn about our company culture, values, and benefits
• Get a behind-the-scenes look at our operations and services
• Ask questions and get feedback from our team members
• Participate in interactive sessions and workshops to gain insights into the commercial real estate industry

How to Apply:

If youre a recent graduate within 1-2 years and interested in participating in our Discovery Day and networking with industry leaders, please submit your application with your resume by 7 April 2025.

Selected participants will be notified with details about the Discovery event day accordingly.

Valuation and Advisory Services provides independent, fully researched and timely valuations and advice critical to the success of real estate transactions or financings. Our wide range of valuation services include capital markets and IPO valuations, corporate and portfolio valuations, mortgage valuations, reviews of statutory rating assessments and other financial and development analysis. International valuations specialists help clients with specific requirements for standardized valuation methodology across multimarket portfolios, allowing for greater alignment and more consistent results.

Office Services

Office Services works with clients to develop and implement intelligent and innovative commercial real estate strategies. Our team of professionals, assisted by our research expertise, provide a multifaceted service offering sound market advice to help clients make well informed real estate decisions.

Workplace Consulting

Workplace Consulting delivers high-performing, integrated workplace solutions that align with employee expectations and strategic objectives. Our team of specialists in workplace strategy, organizational design, change management, and occupancy optimization identifies opportunities to reduce underutilized space and enhance employee experiences. Utilizing our advanced interactive platform, we provide critical insights and transparency for effective space planning and project estimating. Through a data-driven approach, we create tailored end-to-end solutions grounded in extensive spatial and cost benchmarks, ensuring clarity and confidence in implementation.

Transaction Management

Transaction Management handles both one-off and ongoing transactions through our skilled transaction managers and field brokers. We guide tenants in navigating space occupancy complexities, developing tailored real estate strategies, and negotiating on their behalf. Our Landlord Representation team crafts customized marketing and leasing strategies for all commercial asset classes. We also evaluate the benefits of flexible office spaces, manage subleasing in rising markets, and oversee property dispositions in declining markets. Additionally, we facilitate sale-leaseback transactions, allowing you to sell your property while leasing it back to reduce occupancy costs and free up capital for other financing needs.

You are someone with:

• A degree holder or recent graduate, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate or a related field.
• Strong interest in CBRE and the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and self-motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex strategic business problems.
Fluency in spoken Chinese and English.
