Customer Services Representative 客戶服務代表

職責:

  • 為客戶解答有關醫療/醫美儀器的查詢
  • 與客戶建立和保持友好關係,持續關注客戶需求,並定期跟進客戶
  • 協助處理客戶意見,提出解決方案,並向公司匯報市場趨勢及客戶需求。
  • 負責處理訂單、安排送貨及售後服務,確保每個環節順暢運作。
  • 與銷售及市場部門密切協作,共同推動業務發展並提升業績。
  • 定期外出與客戶會面,聆聽需求並提升產品的市場影響力。

要求 :

  • 中學畢業以上學歷,具有關銷售或相關工作經驗更佳
  • 1年或以上工作經驗
  • 具備有關醫療行業 / 皮膚知識 / 類似作經驗者優先
  • 良好的中文 ( 包括廣東話 及普通話)及英文書寫和溝通能力。
  • 懂得使用 Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17,000.00 per month
