We invite applications for: Responsibilities Develop and implement effective credit and collection policies and procedures. Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers and determine appropriate credit limits. Review and analyze credit applications and financial statements. Monitor overdue accounts and take necessary actions for collections. Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers. Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to resolve credit-related issues. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to credit management. Provide regular reports and analysis on credit performance to senior management. Requirements Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Relevant experience as a Credit Manager or in a similar credit management role within the hotel industry. In-depth knowledge of credit management principles, practices, and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Proficient in using credit management software and financial systems.
