Collaboration Engineer (UC)

Responsibilities:

• Support the deployment and maintenance of Unified communication (UC) / IP telephony solution

• Deploy and maintain the network, voice and video-related technologies and projects

• Provide support on system installation, administration and configuration to ensure meeting user requirements

• Stablish and maintain strong relationship with customers

• Prepare solution and technical documentation for UC projects, including translating functional and non-functional requirements into solution designs and scopes

• Prepare and update technical documents such as system installation guides and operation manuals

• Assist in the project transition from the sales team to the project delivery team

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in computer, IT or related disciplines

• Hands-on experience with Cisco IPT, Voice Recording System, PABX, Audio/Video equipment

• Experience in design and delivery of complex IP Convergence projects on Cisco UC Network

• Solid experience of VoIP protocols such as Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), H.323, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Cisco Proprietary protocol Skinny Call Control H.323 Protocol (SCCP)

• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in supporting Unified Communications / IPT/ PABX and Call Centre solution

• Ability to work independently independently

• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Holder of professional certificates - CCNP Voice or Cisco CCIE is a plus

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Collaboration Engineer
