Administration Manager or Assistant Administration

Administration Manager or Assistant Administration Manager (less experience)

Responsibilities:

- Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to monitor office supplies, logistics arrangement, equipment procurement, and maintenance

- Handle office renovation and relocation project

- Experience in handling trademark matters is a preference

- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor or above with major in Business Administration or Management or related disciplines

- 5 to 10 years working experience in Admin/clerical support

- Detail-oriented, good team player

- Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese, English and Mandarin

- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook

- Immediate available is preferable

Working hours:

- Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm

- Lunch time: 1pm - 2pm
