About the role

As the Chief Technology Officer at Perfect Medical Health Management Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the company in IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our technology systems while aligning IT goals with our mission to enhance member services and operational efficiency.

What youll be doing

• Lead IT Strategy & Digital Transformation: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals. Drive innovation to enhance operational efficiency and member engagement.

• Oversee IT Operations, development & Security: Manage IT infrastructure, budgets, and vendors. Ensure system reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Deliver IT Projects & System Optimization: Oversee end-to-end IT projects (POS, CMS, CRM, cloud migration) and streamline business processes through automation and integration with AI technology.

• Drive Team Leadership: Mentor IT teams, foster a culture of innovation, and align staff development with emerging technologies.

What were looking for

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Masters degree preferred)

• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/AliCloud) and SDLC.

• Strong Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT procurement processes.

• Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams

• Experience in AI transition is highly preferred.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are desirable.
