Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers through visits, cold calling, networking events, and other field-based activities.

  • Present and demonstrate our logistics service to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Negotiate potential projects and close deals efficiently.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the Head of Sales & Operations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B logistics solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, but at same time can work closely with the team to achieve common goal.

  • Associate Degree or equivalent; a full time bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
