 About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to lead our Fulfillment Operations team. This role is critical to the successful execution of our customer engagement and marketing programs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Youll be the driving force behind operationalizing marketing initiatives, translating strategies into flawlessly executed campaigns. You will lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of offers and communications to our customers.

What youll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Trade Order Management & Settlement: Monitor and manage trade orders for stocks ensuring accurate and timely settlement. This includes monitoring fails and following up on trade breaks.

• Corporate Actions: Process corporate actions (dividends, distributions, splits, mergers, rights issues, stock distributions, etc.) ensuring accurate position record.

• Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of trade activity, cash balances, broker statements, and internal records across all asset classes. Identify and escalate any discrepancies to the supervisor for investigation and resolution.

• Reporting: Assist the supervisor in preparing operational and management information system (MIS) reports, providing accurate and timely data across all fund types.

• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of operational services and present suggestions to the supervisor.

• Project Support & Testing: Provide support for ad-hoc projects and assist in conducting testing on various system enhancements related to fund operations.

• Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all operational activities. 

What is required and what were looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in either stock, mutual fund, or treasury operations. Candidate will less experience will be considered as Senior Officer

• Experience in multiple areas (stock, mutual fund, and treasury operations) is highly desirable.

• Understanding of market settlement practices is advantageous.

• Experience with Bloomberg, CMU, CCASS etc is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
