Interior Designer/Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for projects from architectural /interior design concept to project completion
• Proficient in conveying ideas and designs through hand sketches, 3D spatial modeling tools, and various design software
• translating concepts into AutoCAD drawings, and creating design drawings and presentation materials
• Attend Client & Consultants meetings and site-co-ordination
• Assist in handling Hong Kong statutory submissions
• Assist in Contract administration

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or related disciplines
• Not less than 3-5 years related experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Max, freehand sketching
• Ability to lead different members of the team and multi-task to meet deadlines
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and a team player with good leadership and posesses good communication skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
