Officer - Policy, Registration and Oversight

Responsibilities

• Process applications and renewals for auditor registrations, helping to uphold professional integrity and public trust.

• Handle online enquiries related to registration matters via email and other digital channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to stakeholders .

• Maintain accurate and efficient document and registration systems to support smooth daily operations and regulatory effectiveness.

• Support research initiatives on audit, financial reporting, and governance through data collection and desktop research.

• Assist in integrating technology into policy, registration and oversight workflows to streamline processes and enhance the user experience.

• Work closely with senior team members in a supportive, high-performing environment that values learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Fulfil other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in a relevant discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in professional services setting.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (including pivot table and VLOOKUP), PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 

This is a renewable contract role. A competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate.
