Assistant Consultant

Role description:

• Conduct market research to uncover insights that drive project success

• Organize and support stakeholder engagement sessions

• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights and support decision making

• Develop engaging presentations and draft comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to work independently on tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, market research, and process improvement projects

• Interest in the construction industry and its emerging trends

• An analytical mindset characterized by intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity

• Confident with strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Cantonese
