Responsibilities
- Work with other sales team by communicating with merchants in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and integrate merchants needs and opinions and reflect to respective teams timely.
- Assist compliance with risk control.
Requirements
- Higher diploma with at least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in the SAAS industry
- Good communication skills with merchants and other stakeholders
- Able to handle work independently and fast-paced work environment
