• 為顧客提供全面優質的客戶熱線服務，解答電話查詢
• 操作電腦，處理客戶查詢及輸入有關客戶查詢及銷售等資料

• 以遙距模式在家工作為主，按公司運作及培訓需要或需回公司值勤

• 每週工作3 - 4天，每天3 - 5 小時
• 申請者可靈活選擇由上午10:00至晚上9:00任何時段當值

• 中五或香港中學文憑考試以上程度
• 必須具備1年或以上的客戶服務熱線經驗
• 能操流利廣東話及英語，懂普通話者優先
• 具備良好中英文溝通能力，包括書寫及打字
• 熟悉電腦操作
• 態度誠懇親切，以客為先
• 能獨立工作，有紀律及責任感

• 寧靜及不受干擾的工作環境
• 自備手提電腦或桌上電腦者優先 (系統要求：Win 10、記憶體(RAM) 8GB或以上、處理器(CPU) i5或以上，並設置穩定的寬頻網絡(上下載速度達100 MBps 或以上)
