職責︰

• 了解顧客需要及解答查詢並提供專業香水意見、推介及銷售合適產品
• 解答顧客查詢並提供專業香水意見
• 建立良好顧客關係及保持品牌形象
• 提供優質顧客服務以達到每月銷售目標
• 處理貨品庫存、商品陳列、保持專櫃整潔

要求︰

• 具備1年或以上香水銷售或零售經驗
• 具有基礎香水知識優先
• 工作熱誠、積極主動及著重團體精神
• 良好溝通技巧、銷售技巧及顧客服務態度
• 能操流利粵語、基本普通話及英語
• 懂基本電腦操作
