Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling different E&M projects including tendering, preparing material orders, arranging site activities;Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site;Coordination, arrange and progress monitoring for MVAC / EL / Gas installation / maintenance works, repairing works, renovation works and A&A projects;Drawing and document preparation & submission to statutory department;Liaise with sub-contractors for timely completion of the project;Good problem solving skills, organizing and planning ability;Independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;Willing to work out-of-office in various locations

Qualifications & Experience :Degree level education in Building Service Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related discipline;Min. 6 years professional experience in consultancy, contracting or from an industry related supplier, less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager;Design experience is highly preferred; Proficiency in AutoCAD Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint;
