C&B specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the Hong Kong C&B functions, including monthly payroll processing, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) & taxation compliance.
- Ensure adherence to local HR processes and policies in alignment with statutory regulations.
- Engage in special projects and tasks assigned, such as rental reimbursement, MPF annual re-option, and taxation claims.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to personnel, payroll, tax, and MPF matters.
- Assist in managing MPF, insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
Job Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Hong Kong C&B functions, with a focus on monthly payroll, MPF, and taxation.
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations.
- Experience in handling documentation related to staff movements and salary adjustments.
- Familiarity with MPF, insurance, and other employee benefit schemes in Hong Kong.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Short Notice or Immediate available is highly preferred.
