What is the Job? Responsibilities: Lead the finance team to conduct all-rounded accounting functions and perform month end closing Prepare timely financial and management reports Assist in financial planning process, including budget, projected cash flows, and budgetary control Prepare and analyze financial results including project profitability and variance analysis of all markets Review and consolidate financial reports and budgets from overseas offices Assist the finance teams across different markets, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals. Collaborate with other teams on contract accounting, monitoring AR status and suppliers statement Liaise with Hong Kong external auditors and other professionals to ensure compliance with audit, tax and other statutory requirements as well as internal policies Liaised with Australia professional CPA firm to handle payroll processing, filing of the companys tax obligations, including corporate income tax, GST, FBT, BAS, payroll tax, and tax return Handle company secretarial duties Handle ad-hoc assignments as required Requirements & Qualifications: Qualified accountant with audit experience (Big 4 is preferred) and minimum 5 years of commercial experience. Exposure in construction industry is a plus International / APAC exposure/ Australia accounting knowledge is a plus Knowledgeable of accounting software and online systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced PC Skills Proactive, multitasking, hands-on, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility Team player with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Finance Manager All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
