Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operation including full set of accounts, month and closing, and intercompany reconciliation
• Handle monthly receipts, voucher entries, and maintain good filing system
• Prepare cheques and banking document for payment approval and bank reconciliation
• Handle accounting services including the preparation of required documentation, bank payments and expenses claims reimbursement
• Perform bank reconciliation and prepare balance sheet accounts breakdowns
• Updating stock purchase schedules and prepare related journal entries
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
• At least 5 years working experience in Accounting Field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Responsible and hard working
• Familiar with MYOB is preferred
• Immediate Available is highly preferred
