About your team Join our dynamic, global cross-functional team providing strategic regulatory expertise to our Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) business. The Regulatory Solutions team proactively navigates an ever-changing regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance and seamless implementation across diverse stakeholders. About your role Working with colleagues across Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) and beyond, youll act as the focal point, enabler and advocate of our regulatory change management framework by:

• Leading on the initiation and early analysis of potential regulatory change initiatives of all sizes in Asia-Pacific by conducting high-level impact assessments, supporting early solutioning and delivery planning
• Providing detailed regulatory analysis and documented requirements for assigned regulatory initiatives
• Delivering presentations and/or workshop sessions on requirements to stakeholder groups
• Communicating awareness, plans and progress to all potential stakeholders to secure and maintain support and engagement and enable smooth handovers for implementation
• Working with stakeholders to agree a mutual understanding of an engagement including in scope activities and associated timelines
• Maintaining accurate records for assigned regulations / activities within the central repository of all regulatory initiatives
• Acting as a regulatory subject matter expert alongside local compliance officers
• Supporting other activities across the team outside of the Asia-Pacific region as necessary
• Sharing your regulatory expertise, knowledge and market insights with a variety of stakeholders including business representatives and implementation teams
• Providing ad hoc support on smaller initiatives

About you With a significant experience in the regulatory environment in Asia-Pacific within an asset management context. You:

• Have experience in managing regulatory-driven initiatives
• Are self-motivated with the appetite to have the responsibility of being the teams representative within the region
• Can read and speak simplified and traditional Chinese
• Have expert analytical and problem-solving skills
• Know how to convey complex ideas cross to non-technical audiences
• Have a collaborative mindset that continually and consistently works with people and teams across business lines, as well as proactively communicating with stakeholders of all corporate levels
