Supervise a team responsible for Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and Emergency Services to ensure efficient operations. Collaborate closely with Manager and other Technical Supervisors to oversee work quality and execution. Manage, guide, and develop technicians by providing technical assistance and operational direction, ensuring performance meets required standards. Handle maintenance of electrical facilities when necessary. Foster strong working relationships with partners, City team members, and contractors. Conduct monthly toolbox meetings and actively engage with the workforce through regular participation in various meetings across the region. Act as the main contact point for the City FM technical team. Coordinate with the partners FM team to execute PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and ad hoc projects. Allocate on-site resources for different work orders efficiently. Supervise on-site safety and quality of City FM team operations. Provide regular site reports to the partners FM team. Oversee maintenance programs, ensuring technical teams receive the necessary coordination and support. Ensure technical compliance with company policies, regulations, industry standards, and codes, while ensuring regular audits are conducted to verify adherence. Identify and address compliance incidents, completing comprehensive reporting within required timeframes. Engage and collaborate with the compliance team to monitor and verify technician work, ensuring all activities align with safety standards. Maintain 24/7 availability on a rotational roster to provide telephone support and attend to critical situations as required. Overtime worked on designated event days will be eligible for an additional overtime allowance. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company based on business needs. Academic Requirements: Either (a) A Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering issued by an Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent, and at least three (3) years post qualification supervisory experience in the operation and maintenance of Electrical installation and Computerized Central Management System (“CCMS”) / Building Management System (“BMS”); OR(b) At least ten (10) years post apprenticeship supervisory experience in the operation and maintenance of Electrical installation and CCMS; Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate; Possess a valid trade test certificate in related field; A registered electrical worker under the category of Grade A or above; Experience in Electrical is required.
