• 外勤到客戶地點安裝、維護軟硬件
• 處理用戶關於資訊科技的查詢
• 提供資訊科技技術支援和故障排除
• 使用系統協助記錄有關查詢及遙距執行任務
• 需小量體力勞動工作

資歷 :

• 1年經驗
• 良好粵語優先; 一般普通話; 一般英語
• 讀寫中文，英文及輸入法
• TCP/IP
• 基本電腦操作知識
• 技術及軟硬件支援
• Android和iOS介面操作

About the RoleYou will provide Hong Kongs restaurants with the tools they need to succeed - quite literally! Your extensive knowledge of hardware and software will come into play as you help our merchants get familiar with the new tech that will run their exciting new restaurant solution. No installation will be exactly the same, so youll need to understand each restaurants unique situation and recommend the best hardware combinations as well as follow up with software support when needed. Essentially, you will be Eats365s hardware hero!
