Accountant / Senior Accountant

About the Job:

-   Manage the payroll process, ensuring that employee payments are accurate and timely while adhering to relevant laws and regulations-   Handle full set of accounts, month-end closing and daily accounting entries independently-   Perform general and daily accounting operations, including but not limited to Data entry, Accounts receivable & payable, vouchers and Cheques preparation-   Prepare Bank reconciliation, month-end closing financial statement, schedules & analysis reports-   Prepare budgeting and forecasting activities-   Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

About the People:

-   Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline-   LCC Level II or above-   At least 8 years relevant working experiences-   Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management-   Ability to perform multi-task, capable to work under pressure and independently, and be a good team player-   Well organized, independent ad detail-minded-   Immediately available is highly recommended- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
