System Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end system architectures for enterprise-level applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility, formulate high-performance and highly available technical solutions to support complex business scenarios.

  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms and lead technical solution reviews, establish layered development standards, define development guidelines (code quality, engineering processes, automated testing), drive CI/CD pipeline implementation, and enhance team development efficiency.

  • Tackle complex technical challenges (e.g., real-time communication, on-device AI, hybrid development), evaluate third-party SDK integration solutions, and mitigate technical risks. Optimize systems for high availability, fault tolerance, and low-latency performance.

  • Work closely with stakeholders (product managers, DevOps, QA) to ensure seamless delivery. Mentor development teams in implementing architectural best practices, continuously improving code quality and system stability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher, with 14+ years of system development experience and 5+ years in architecture design. Candidates with proven experience in architecting Data Warehouse are preferred.

  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid-cloud architectures with a deep understanding of underlying principles.

  • Familiarity with microservices, CI/CD, performance optimization, and security protocols, coupled with hands-on experience in high-concurrency scenarios.

  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), event-driven architectures, and distributed systems. Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.) and frameworks.

  • Strong technical documentation skills in English; prior experience collaborating with global technical teams is a plus.

  • Problem-solving and Forward-thinking mindset, ability to balance business needs with long-term technical strategy, and resilience under pressure.
