Job Duty
1.Assist the team in reviewing and optimizing internal control management-related processes and procedures 协助团队开展内控管理相关的制度流程检视及优化提升
2.Assist in building the systematic framework of internal control-related flowcharts and support daily operation & maintenance 协助完成内控管理相关流程图表的系统搭建,并支持日常的运行维护
3.Assist in the digital transformation initiatives related to internal control management 协助内控管理相关的数字化建设
4.Provide internal control inquiry support to department staff, act as the dedicated customer service contact, refine the internal control Q&A database continuously and train the AI employee service assistant 为部门员工提供内控咨询支持,担任专属客服对接人,持续完善内控问答题库,并训练 AI 员工服务助手
5.Any other ad-hoc work required 其他需要完成的临时事项
Job Qualifications
1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗,具备良好的道德品质
2.Master degree or above, candidate with majors in Finance, Economics, Risk & Compliance Management, FinTech, Computer Science or related disciplines is preferred 硕士及以上学历,金融学、经济学、风险合规管理、金融科技、计算计相关专业优先
3.Good knowledge in Word/Excel/PowerPoint and programming languages such as VBA or Python is preferred 熟练掌握Word/Excel/PowerPoint及编程语言如VBA, Python者优先
4.Bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, with clear logical expression 精通英语与汉语普通话的口语及书面表达,逻辑表达清晰
5.Strong passion for undertaking wealth management internal control support-related work 对从事财富管理内控支持相关工作有强烈的意愿
6.Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, multitasking, and self-driven capabilities 良好的团队合作能力、人际交往能力、多任务处理能力及自我驱动能力
