We are seeking a high-caliber Investment Analyst Intern to support our family

oice with rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis. This role is ideal for a

penultimate-year student, recent graduate, or candidate pursuing professional

qualifications (such as the CFA) who wants hands-on exposure to private equity

and private credit markets.

Internship Overview:

As an intern with us, you will have the unique opportunity to learn directly from

esteemed investors, gaining insights into global markets and dynamic

investment deals. You will work closely with senior investment managers, seeing

investment deals through from start to end process, providing you with

invaluable hands-on experience in the world of finance.

Responsibilities:

• Direct engagement with Single Family Office sponsors to understand the unique requirements and develop tailored investment strategies that align with the client's financial goals.


• Spearhead process optimisation and streamline internal eiciencies through development of business and operational solutions (such as database organisation to automate documentation of client history and financial needs).


• Engage in pitching, 職位ing, and presentation of potential investment opportunities to the investment team and top management based on research and analysis findings, engaging with industry analysts.


• Identify and produce internal benchmarking scorecard in line with international industry financial modelling best practices, e.g. financial and nonfinancial metric evaluation, revenue, and profitability.

Investment Analysis and Report

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of market trends and identifying the most lucrative investment opportunities.


• Lead and facilitate the investment reporting and monitoring.


• Direct financial assessment and diligence process across portfolios.


• Analyze potential investment opportunities, including evaluating the target track record, investment strategy, value-add, and management team.


• Examine and assessing economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies.


• Review previous investment decisions and the thought process of making the investment decision.

Business Development and Relations

• Draft and present internal proposals for approval by the client Investment Committee and Board


• Negotiate, structure, and complete fund documentation.


• Serve on Advisory Boards of portfolio entities, as required.


• Travel and attend annual investor meetings for underlying investments.

Requirements and Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.


• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with critical thinking capabilities


• Ability to analyse lots of data to provide insights and directions to clients.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills with Excel and PowerPoint or Data Visualization, such as MS Power BI.


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


• Passion for learning about investment strategies and financial markets
