We are a fast-growing 公司名稱 in the digital assets and fintech space, with a young, flat, and creative culture. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to our brand’s global communication strategy and gain valuable real-world experience.

What You’ll Do

Help manage our social media presence on X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn - including content planning, bilingual copywriting, scheduling, and community engagement;
Stay on top of industry news and platform trends, and propose content ideas tailored to each channel to boost brand visibility and interaction;
Create visual assets (social graphics, event posters, promotional materials) using Canva, Figma, and AI-powered tools;
Support short-video projects - from storyboarding and raw footage organization to basic editing and subtitle addition;
Collect and analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and assist in periodic performance reviews with actionable suggestions;
Maintain a well-organized content and visual library, and assist the senior manager in final pre-publish reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

Who You Are

A current student at a 香港 university (undergraduate or postgraduate), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Design, Advertising, Business, or related fields;
Strong bilingual (Chinese & English) writing skills - able to adapt tone and style for different platforms;
Genuine curiosity about digital assets, fintech, or tech industries, with a proactive learning attitude;
Proficient in Canva and/or Figma, with basic image editing and layout skills; experience with Premiere, CapCut, or similar editing tools is a plus;
Good aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced team;
Available to work on-site at least 3-4 days per week, with a minimum commitment of 3 months (preferred).

Bonus Points (Not Required but Welcome)

A portfolio or case studies of previous social media or design work;
Familiarity with content best practices on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.;
Basic data analysis skills (Excel or social media analytics dashboards).
