Our client "Chinachem Group" is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst (HR) to join their team!Are you passionate about bridging the gap between technology and business needs in the HR space? Join a dynamic team where you'll play a crucial role in implementing cutting-edge HR systems, driving efficiency, and enhancing the employee experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your project management skills and technical expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What you'll be doing?Lead project implementations: Act as the internal project manager, guiding HR initiatives from conception to completion.
Refine system specifications: Review and enhance System Requirement Specifications to ensure they accurately capture user needs.
Optimize HR processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement standardized workflows and best practices.
Bridge business and tech: Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Drive quality assurance: Coordinate and lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Facilitate learning: Review training materials and organize training sessions to ensure smooth system adoption.
Provide user support: Coordinate with vendors to ensure responsive system support for users.
Assist in procurement: Contribute to the IT procurement process for essential HR solutions.
Educational background: Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
HRIS expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or HCM.
Communication skills: Strong ability to communicate and present ideas, with effective stakeholder management.
Process improvement: Experience in developing "as is" and "to be" operational workflows.
Organizational prowess: Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Key competencies: Initiative, job knowledge, responsibility, teamwork, and maintaining high work standards.
