Job Description:

Take full ownership of establishing and maintaining the compliance management framework for Hong Kong licensed funds (Type 4/9), including developing and enhancing compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls. Provide regulatory guidance on investment activities, product structuring, and cross-border transactions across global markets. Serve as primary liaison with SFC and global regulators, managing licensing, reporting, and audit processes. Oversee all compliance functions including AML/KYC, disclosures, and review marketing materials. Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary policy updates, particularly for quantitative strategies and derivatives trading.

• Establish and maintain the compliance management framework for HK licensed funds (Type 4/9), including policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide regulatory guidance on investment activities, product structuring, and cross-border transactions across global markets.
• Serve as primary liaison with the SFC and global regulators; manage licensing, reporting, and audit processes.
• Oversee all compliance functions including AML/KYC, disclosures, and review of marketing materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement policy updates, with emphasis on quantitative strategies and derivatives trading.

• 5+ years of compliance experience in SFC-licensed firms with Type 4/9 activities.
• Hong Kong SFO and global regulations (SEC, FCA, MiFID II).
• Trading compliance experience (HKEX, LME, CME rules).
• Fund structuring and cross-border requirements.
• Prior experience with the SFC, exchanges, or international law firms/consultancies is a plus.
• Prior experience handling SFC onsite inspections is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese required).
