What you'll be doing?Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary IT liaison for the HR department, translating business needs into effective technology solutions that enhance HR processes and improve efficiency.
Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in HR systems and services.
System Implementation: Spearhead the implementation and enhancement of key HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and BIPO System.
Operational Support: Ensure reliable and secure ongoing support for HR platforms, promptly addressing issues to maintain smooth operations.
Vendor Management: Cultivate relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and value for technology investments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with HR and other departments to gather requirements and drive effective adoption of technology solutions.
Compliance & Security: Safeguard HR system operations, ensuring adherence to IT security policies and data privacy regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and drive initiatives to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management, communicating key metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, or a related field, with relevant certifications like PMP or CISA being advantageous.
Professional Experience: At least 7 years in IT, including 3 years in a leadership role, with specific expertise in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO System.
Project Management: Strong skills in system implementation and process reengineering, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management abilities and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
