Senior Specialist, Product & Sales Process Design

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product team and enablement team to understand product requirements, system capability and establish design goals

• Develop the detailed product spec, sales and operational process with cross-functional team

• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify the new product feature opportunities.

• Enforce the product governance framework

• Create and maintain the product documentation and automated customer communication library

• Conduct comprehensive testing ensuring the new product and offering features work as designed before rollout

• Collaborate with Product Ops teams ensuring the implementation of product, offering, sales and operational process match with design

• Define the criteria to analyze product quality performance and iterate based on user feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree is required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development/management or relevant experience

• Ability to multi-task several assignments in a time and be flexible on constant change is essential

• Knowledge in scenario-based design method in product and sales process design

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail

• Good communication skills, capable of presenting product design ideas to the working teams

• A fundamental understanding of telecom product domain, technological stack, and business support system (BSS) is required
