Officer / Senior Officer, Special Assets Management (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to team head on collection and administrative issues relating to problem accounts;

• Handle problem accounts enquiries from customers;

• Handle referral case from Customer Services;

• Being a mentor for Special Asset Representative;

• Follow Up with External Parties such as Towing Agency, Debt Collection Agency and/or Law Firm;

• Handles and investigates complaints from customers and/or regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / DSE / HKCEE graduate or above;

• Minimum 5 years banking experience in collection field;

• Customer oriented, good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;

• Proficiency in MS applications especially in Excel and Chinese word-processing;

• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua.
