About the roleThis Senior Officer, Human Resources role is responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions for UNICEF HK to support the implementation of the organization's human capital strategies.
Role and Responsibilities
Support the employee life cycle, talent acquisition and employee on- & off-boarding processes
Support the preparation of monthly payroll and other employee compensation and benefits administrative duties
Implement HR projects, staff events and staff training
Maintain a systematic HR filing system, ensure record management system is up to date and is complied with relevant policies
Prepare regular HR analysis and reports
Assist in review, updates or changes of HR-related policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
4-5 years of solid working experience in HR and/or administrative role
Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and hands-on experience in HRIS preferred.
Well-organized with excellent attention to details
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the role of Officer, Human Resources
