Job Responsibilities

Responsible for operation and financial control of HK & overseas offices, including:

• Prepare financial analysis for periodic financial closing

• Tax planning and transfer price setting

• Monitor inventory

• Performance analysis of business unites

• Maintain Finance policies & procedures, and ensure key controls are in place

• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax advisors and valuers

• Prepares ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline

• Professional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA is preferred

• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences

• Prior exposure in audit firm is a plus

• Working experience in listed company and in manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Solid knowledge of accounting policy

• Proficiency in Microsoft office and applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in both written & spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese

• Immediate available is preferred
