Senior Officer, Card Growth & Cobrand Partnership
A reputable local Bank in 香港 with a well-established Branch Network is looking for a Senior Officer to join her Card Business & Business Development in Retail Banking Division to support to grow the portfolio of credit card through effective business and marketing strategies to achieve business performance in terms of customer growth, product management, and new product or new project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager or Senior Manager and assisting to acquire new credit cardholders via acquisition programs implementation and to manage on house-brand card products
Enhance or strengthen the value pro職位 of different products and develop customized features/benefits to increase card loyalty and to remain competitive
Collaborate closely with counterparts of various acquisition channels include branches, direct sales & digital to monitor and manage their performance as well as on the cost of acquisition
Coordinate with internal parties, external agencies and vendors to deliver marketing campaigns in a quality and timely manner
Liaise with advertising agency & to product quality marketing collateral (including webpage maintenance)
Monitor campaign response and prepare the program result tracking
Budget and expenses management (including invoice settlement)
Support administrative tasks for the department
Requirements:
Bachelors degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
With at least 3 years working experience in marketing
Experience in product management of retail banking or credit card products is preferable
Good team player and detail oriented
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
