What Youll Do

• Manage AR and GL operations across multiple regions

• Coordinate AR settlements and follow up on payments

• Perform journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit tasks

• Collaborate with shipping and logistics teams for accurate invoice posting

• Prepare credit/debit notes and review daily bank transactions

• Supervise junior accounting staff and support month-end closing

• Contribute to SAP system testing and finance process optimisation

Who Were Looking For

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related field

• 4+ years experience in AR/GL, ideally in an MNC setting

• Hands-on experience with SAP is a plus

• Proficient in Excel (test will be given)

• Strong communicator in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Detail-oriented, organised

• Immediate availability preferred
