As the Security Officer at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, your will perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the propertys assets.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but youll mostly be:

  • Patrolling and monitoring hotel premises to ensure a secure environment.
  • Collaborating with Front Office in maintaining hotel driveway and entrance traffic.
  • Assisting guests and associates with security-related concerns.
  • Responding promptly to hazardous situations, emergencies and incidents immediately.
  • Collaborating with the Security Manager and team to uphold security and safety standards.

What we need from you

  • A minimum of 1 years work experience in hotel security team.
  • A holder of Security Personnel Permit.
  • A holder of valid first aider and AED certificate.
  • Strong service mindset, observational and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), speaking and writing.
