Key Account Manager (Transportation industry Focus)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager/Sales Manager to join our Enterprise Business Group at Huawei Hong Kong. This role involves managing accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and customer success, with a focus on ICT projects in Government (Transportation Sector), or sizable aviation businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts, ensuring timely management and development of client relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with internal teams to support client needs and contribute to business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the specified sectors.
Requirement:
• Minimum of 3+ years in sales, account management, and customer success.
• Proven experience in managing ICT projects such as Government Sector focusing in Transportation sector or related industries. Experiences in partnering with aviation related business would be a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Huaweis products and services is a plus.
• Good Command in Chinese and English.
