QS Administrative Assistant

About the Role

Were looking for a sharp and reliable QS Administrative Assistant to support our Quantity Surveying team with quotation preparation and contract administration. What You will do

  • Work in our QS Team to support the contract administration work

  • Assist in preparing the quotations, contract documents & time schedules for on-time submission of payment application

  • Assist in handling incoming/outgoing correspondence

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team

Who You Are

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Min. 2 years working experience, preferably in construction firms; with exposure to interior contracting would be a plus

  • Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure

  • Well-organized and good interpersonal & communication skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Familiar with PC application, including MS Office and Chinese Typing

  • Immediate availability would be an advantage
