What You will do
Work in our QS Team to support the contract administration work
Assist in preparing the quotations, contract documents & time schedules for on-time submission of payment application
Assist in handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
Who You Are
Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
Min. 2 years working experience, preferably in construction firms; with exposure to interior contracting would be a plus
Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
Well-organized and good interpersonal & communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Familiar with PC application, including MS Office and Chinese Typing
Immediate availability would be an advantage
