In House Lawyer And Finance Manager

Venes Technology group蜆売科技集團, an expanding group with proprietary technologies in home automation, property development projects , institutional and family office operations and private bank accounts invites applicants for to work with our in house lawyer and China development team and technology development team;

Experience required:

A.    Qualified lawyer with at least 1 year experience in mediation and litigation at High Court

B.    Intellectual property , patent applications & technology Licensing contract drafting experience .

C.   Prefer those experienced on reporting to JFIU on anti -money laundering cases .

D.    Prefer applicants with experience to set up or work on joint venture  mutual funds open to public subscription .

E.     Prefer those with 2 years experience with Private wealth investments & Bloomberg terminals and with CFA training.

F.     Prefer applicants with successful training records to raise substantial  funds from venture funds or from international banks

G.   Experienced in negotiations with Dongguan Government officials on 土地使用合同

H.   Fluent I spoken, written Chinese , cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Successful candidate will work with top tier law firms , top tier global banks and Tech funds for joint venture.
