Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership & Execution:
- Lead and manage complex, system integrated type projects across various industries, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project Statements of Work (SoW), plans, and implementation strategies tailored to client requirements and company objectives.
- Organize project kick-offs, engage stakeholders, and allocate resources effectively for project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
2. Client Relationships & Communication:
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Schedule and conduct regular project meetings, providing updates on project status and gathering feedback to enhance client satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
3. Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative, results-driven, and continuous improvement culture.
- Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and support to enhance team capabilities and motivation.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams, including cross-functional and remote teams.
4. Solution Consulting & Sales Support:
- Provide expert consultancy on project management methodologies and relevant solutions, not limited to specific industries.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential clients, develop proposals, and present tailored solutions.
- Showcase the value and capabilities of our project management methodologies and solutions through presentations and demonstrations.
5. Mindset & Continuous Learning:
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, continuously learning and adapting to industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in diverse industries.
- Strong project management skills, including experience in managing multi-disciplinary and complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with proficient written and spoken English communication skills. - Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in conducting requirements analysis and solution design.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as PMBOK, Agile, or similar frameworks.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly preferred.
