Account & Cust. Relatnshp Mgmt-CSP (RMC) comprises the creation and development of profitable relations with customers (incl. multi-geographic customer businesses) or new businesses through direct customer interface for a profiled customer base by implementing a strategy for a specified customer account, products, services, or solutions. Contains management of customer interactions and driving of sales for Nokia's offering. Covers creation of sales channels to grow new businesses in completely new prospects / markets and / or existing accounts targeting new revenue streams. Contains conduction of end-to-end business management (sales and delivery) for all customers and opportunities within the responsible scope.

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with all customers, including CxO level within Hongkong to enable successful positioning and sales of Nokia products and services.
  • Be responsible for the business strategy as well as the coordination of Nokia contacts with the customer.
  • Develop and articulate the overall sales strategy for Hongkong as a whole including engagement with key stakeholders, regulator, operators, government entities to drive the business in Hongkong.
  • To maintain effective internal communications and networks with appropriate stakeholders and to galvanize support, maximize Nokia's effectiveness and meet customer expectations.
  • Provides goals and strong leadership for the team of sales professionals working in the customer sales teams and ensures that they have the appropriate skills, training and knowledge to position and value sell Nokia's products/services/solutions to our customer and that the Customer teams are working efficiently on a country level.
  • The role requires senior sales leadership skills, solid experience in handling a country with multiple customers of comparable size and complexity.
  • Deep understanding of Nokia's products & solutions and overall telecommunications market, trends and related regulations particularly in Hongkong.
  • Strong Leadership skills to be able to lead on a country level.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally previous experience working in Hongkong.
  • Very good knowledge and experience in the Hongkong Telecommunications Market.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple Sales and delivery teams.
  • Ability to have a good understanding of the customer's business/competitive situation/strategy and an understanding of the drivers of customer profitability, market dynamics to drive Nokia business targets for Hongkong.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with influential stakeholders in the market.
  • Develop/execute strategies addressing all stakeholders.
  • Influence buying decisions at the customer centrally on market-wide deals.
  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance during critical deal making process and collaboration with Business Groups internally at Nokia.
  • Financial and risk management skills to support forecasting and the qualification of opportunities.
  • Experience with contract management, financial terms and conditions.
  • Good understanding of project management.
